Patch Notes v0.4 Bug Fixes/Improvements
- Prevented bankrupted teams from showing up in standings upon reload of save,
- Fixed resolution being stuck below 1080p at times; added support for up to 2560x1440p size,
- Prevented geriatric retired drivers from being eligible to be signed upon reload of save,
- Fixed pace display on dashboard and replaced with "Team Gap to Front",
- Fixed prestige display. Important to note prestige will be different for drivers dependent on current season performance, as drivers look at competitive packages.,
- Fixed results sometimes not showing on team standings,
- Added miscellaneous tooltips & pop-ups to give more context on certain items,
- Improved ai staff,
Additions
- Tyre Market. In-depth tyre market that will form as the baseline for future systems. Teams will compete for tyre contracts, and the illusive factory & partner contracts.,
- Tyre Development. Once a team has a factory supply of tyres, they can construct a new building & commence tyre development on behalf of the supplier to help push them further up the grid, and receive free tyres.,
- Reworked some UI's to be significantly more eye-friendly.,
- Added a optional qualification session with track rubbering in/ramping up. This emulates the old 60 minute shootout session, where drivers have 12 laps to set their best effort. Can still sim if user wishes to.,
- Added configurable DNQs, where players can set the maximum amount of cars able to start a race. Any car that qualifies outside of this threshold will not take part in the race. (Set to 26 for baseline).,
- SIGNIFICANTLY overhauled car development. No longer will field spread infinitely as the game progresses, and significant formula changes come every 6-12 seasons. Be prepared for these changes with good staff & facilities! You can very quickly vault up or down the field.,
- Added regen drivers that will start populating the driver market around 8 seasons in.,
- Added various emails that give flavor.
